Overall, this was quite disappointing. Notifying the manager that my wife had her birthday, and nothing was done, to a steak that was under-done twice, underscored how disappointing it was.

I rate this establishment as POOR. 2 of the 4 dishes were wrong and the server spilled a full bottle of red wine on me. Management failed to address the accident. Worst Service I've seen.

Sorry Ray's, your stake is not as incredible as you advertise. In addition, your steak sauce is very disappointing - too much cream, and not enough flavor. It is a typical low-middle class steakhouse.

Filet mignon au poivre is too sweet, instead, get the brandy mushroom cream sauce. Dark chocolate mousse is fantastic! Sides came cold. Service was not the best - a little slow. Good bread&good prices
