This tiny dive has the yin and the yang, ferociously loud music, and a soothing lounge area. It’s a nice stop when you’re hopping from place to place in the Red River Music District. Read more

Red Eyed Fly is a notorious training ground for new bands in Austin to gain fans. More popular acts get the opportunity to perform on weekends if they attract enough numbers, making a great incentive.

Haven't had a single good experience at this bar since I was 15. Buncha asshole honkey employees who need to take their asses to gaspipe. There's 2 really nice black dudes who work there but that's it

Did I mention the staff is basura? They think your real ID is fake & accuse your phone in pocket bulge of being a flask. Even when you're 30. (white) Bar tenders are rude & unattentive.

Avoid this place at all cost - even if you're seeing your best friends' band and they know the staff. Sound sucks. Employees are rude. Go to a REAL Austin venue. This place sucks. Spend $ elsewhere!
