Nothing to brag about, but it is a room in downtown Chicago for a good rate.
Cramped rooms & ugly decor.
one block east of Michigan Avenue. Awsome location and good rates.
In need of a remodel. Could be cleaner.
Air conditioners do not work.
If you're on a budget you should compare some other hotels nearby because some of them would have cheaper rates than this one, specially on holidays. Also, hotel is old and staff not as friendly.
Your pets are welcome here.
It's cheap. All you do in a hotel is sleep. You don't need a five star hotel if you're going to be out in the city all day
Wow the lady at the desk is pleasant
Dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen. The walls are covered in scuff marks, an inch of dust in every corner and mold above the bath tub! ... But it is cheap.
Coffee is available from 6am to 10am at the lobby as well as free USA Today newspapers.
First and last time , low price , great location , but worst small room, never again...
The ladies behind the counter are very nice but the manager is very unprofessional and walks away from you when you have a complaint/problem
Cheap and its on the center of downtown what else?
Excellent location. The smells like someone dead
Best location for the price! Highly recommend!
If you simply going for price this is probably a good idea. Rooms are small, staff not the most friendly, parking is pricey, bathroom smelled funky, the tv channels mostly worked.
Not the greatest hotel, but an excellent location.
Elevator is tiny! Stop before u get here & get ur bags ready 2 unload. Valet is right on the side of the street.
Damn decent location for the price
Rooms are not the most spacious but it does have valet, close to the Magnificent Mile & probably the cheapest you'll find in the city.
Dirty bedspreads, but very nice staff.
Use the valet, it is in and out and cheaper than the self park
The elevators are tiny. Can't fit more than two people with their luggage in them.
Small but cheap. Located right off Michigan Ave and a perfect location to everything. No cabs needed
Terrible valet service. Yelled at us for their own mistake. Don't even bother. Reception desk service wasn't too friendly either, did enough just so we can leave.
Cramped rooms & poor service. Good location though
Staying in new room here for 1st time...looks terrific!
Cock roach infested
Pay more for a more expensive hotel. You'll have a horrible vacation if you come here. A small town, hourly motel has better customer service
The GM David seems to think it's professional and "normal" to have huge cockroaches in his hotel. Seriously 460 dollars for 2 rooms/2 nights is not worth it at all.
The general manager David does not care about your feelings or your experience. He tried to silence our complaints and just walked away with a problem we had all day for 8 hours.
The air conditioner didn't work in both rooms so it was really hot in there :( but the valet is the cheapest one I've seen
conditioner is not provided!
meet me at the red roof inn, im jumping down
Always listen to mom and dad.
Rooms are pretty cramped and small but fair enough for budgeted stays in Chicago I suppose.
Rooms are being renovated! Very zen atmosphere.
Not bad. It's clean, affordable, and only a block away from Michigan Ave. It is older, but kept in decent shape. Recommended for peeps like me, who want a clean place to stay downtown w/o going broke!
Terrible hotel. Dirty rooms, AC froze up repeatedly, slow valet, no remotes working with my TV. Friendly staff, but they don't have much to work with at this hotel.
Very small room.. But very cheap as well! Can't beat 50 bucks a night on michigan ave.
Un poco chico los cuartos pero Exelente Ubicación !!!
Han decidido ir a comprar el desayuno a dunkin donuts...yummiiii
