Cozy spot with great beers and comfort foods. Good bar for the fall/winter.
This place was wonderful. A little off the beaten path but totally worth it. Great atmosphere and awesome food
Pot roast sandwich is ridiculous
Sauces for the sweet potato fry app are awesome, good happy hour, great interior
Everything is good.... Love that bison burger!
Among the best burgers in Baltimore!
Tried this place for the 5th time. Usually the food was good enough to warrant returning despite poor service. Tonight was awful. Brought the wrong dish, 25 mins later my food came. Go somewhere else!
Usually the food is pretty good. I made the horrible mistake of ordering fish tacos. They should call them fish & chips wrapped in a tortilla. Like drinking a cup of fryer grease.
Good burgers and sandwiches. More upscale feel. Good beers on tap.
You really can't go wrong with the whole menu. Not many places you can say that about.
Hotty bartender named Tina is amazing! Let her know you know me...
Warm turkey and brie sandwich!
Awesome garlic fries
Half & Half French Fries are so good, we were so pleased
Wagyu burger. Everytime. All the time.
Brunch, but nothing beats the friendly bar staff!
Chili dusted tater tots for dayssss. Get em. Comes with wasabi aioli
Pot roast French dip and tater tots were the highlight of the meal. For my full review:http://liketheteaeats.wordpress.com/2014/03/22/great-food-in-a-relaxed-environment-red-star-bar-grill/
Baltimore's Best Bars 2013: "The quality of martinis around Baltimore varies as much as the neighborhoods, but this Fells Point bar gets it right with high-quality ingredients." http://bsun.md/18wsCWW
Underwhelmed fries were ok but soggy, fish was tasty but burnt batter, 3 tiny ass pieces for fish, and slow service
Brunch in the weekends is excellent, bottomless mimosas, screw driver, bloody mary, til 2p!
The "Good Burger" is absolutely with the trip.
Get the blackened catfish wrap.
Burgers are delicious.
Bartenders Tina and Joe are the greatest! Their epic skills must be drunk to be believed.
Baltimore's Best Bars 2012 "It’s Red Star’s inviting atmosphere ... that makes it special. It’s an underrated establishment that might just like it better that way."
Super good looking staff and very friendly! Food is fantastic. Loved the Mac and cheese starter and my pulled pork sandwich. So good.
Get the Colby.
The Good burger isn't good... its Great!!
Surprisingly - they have the best cheesesteak I've had in Fells. Get it
The French dip is amazing.
Great brunch food, craptastic bloodys.
Best au jus ever!
power went out. massive inconvenience and although it's out of their control, the fact that they wouldn't serve booze during the blackout is completely unacceptable.
Power went out and they wouldn't serve booze. Sat here for 45 minutes waiting for a check. Never coming back.
Duck confit pizza was rather yummy. Service superb as always.
Highly recommend the crab cake and the garlic fries.
Best bison burger in town
Get the bison burger with 1/2 and 1/2 fries (half garlic, half sweet potato)!!!
Great Bloodys except on Sunday, bad mix and watery. Such a shame.
Tuna wrap is expensive but worth every penny! Get it seared!
The bbq burger wrap is a must and the garlic fries are amazing!
Don't waste your time. Miserable. They don't wash glasses and the bloody marys taste like an asshole.
Be sure to add sweet potato fries.
Was told it was a soccer sports bar. On a matchday walked into espn news on 2 screens. *wamp wamp*
Bottomless mimosas and bloody marys....be careful lol
Be careful if you're headed in for a quick lunch...only one server on = slow/distracted.
Get the grilled cheese
The ginger sauce with the calamari is the bomb :)
