Fantastic draught list! In addition to beers, lots of great local ciders. Pulled pork dinner with dirty rice & baked beans was on point. Smoked sausage was spicy! Cornbread was amazing. Super casual.

Love this place. Bit of nostalgia for me, bit of my obsession with BBQ & bit of my love for a large selection of beers. I always do brisket & it’s good here, likewise the beans & the house hot sauce.

Bustling BBQ restaurant in the lovely Davis Square area. Takes some time to get to on the red line, but worth the effort if you're a fan of delicious meat and southern fare.

I think I liked the cornbread the best. But the baby back ribs, sweet spicy sauce and mashed potatoes were good too. Alcohol makes things better too.

The pulled pork sandwich here is probably the best in Boston, and the vinegar sauce (1 of 4) adds a tangy element to the experience. For sides, I'd go with the garlic mashed and the mac and cheese.

They have vegan items now! And the menu has them clearly marked. Currently the beans and veggie burger are vegan. Hopefully they'll have more vegan options in the future!

Delicious food consistently - worth the wait.More Eco-friendly take out packaging would be appreciated. They should have floss in the bathrooms, but until they do, bring your own. You will thank me.

try the barbecue belt (meal, listed in the ribs section of the menu) if you can't decide which type of barbecued meat to have. All are great

Get there early and try to be sited downstairs. Service was great on a busy Friday night. The ribs are fall off the bone. Be prepared to eat, it's a lot of food.

Great brisket, ribs & sausage. Steer clear of the fried okra. And the sauce leaves something to be desired. But overall good BBQ for MA. Written by someone from Oklahoma.

Get the buffalo shrimp (or ask for buffalo scallops, which aren't on the menu). Then, if you're feeling lucky, spin the beer wheel to try a new brew.

If you're somewho likes hot food: get the Jamaican jerk sandwich or slider, chips and atomic relish. (if you do the slider, it's all under $10 if you do the slider) but beware....it's HOT
