Redd is the first venture from acclaimed chef Richard Reddington and offers an updated interpretation of wine country cuisine with influences from Asia, Europe, and Mexico in a relaxed yet elegant environment.
You simply cannot go to Redd and not order the Lobster Risotto.
One of the best in Napa. Wonderful experience and lovely service. All fish dishes are perfect. Compared to other 'posh' places in Napa this one is reasonably priced.
Did the tasting menu and loved the sashimi, scallops, duck confit, and NY strip steak!
Tasting menu. Excellent fish.
My favorites from the night were the pork belly, the duck breast, and the risotto. Desserts decent too!
Tasting menu $85
Good scallops and tasting menu
The scallops and the tuna tartare were amazing starters. Liked the sole too for my entree.
One of the best restaurants in Napa Valley. Love the beet salad here. Everything is delicious.
Good food. Sparce interior. Lucy, down the street makes a similar attempt at creative American and is better for the money.
Definitely worth the Michelin stars.. The lobster risotto is the best thing you will ever eat
Amazing wild stripped bass
1st time:risotto, broccoli soup, white truffle gnocchi, seabass, sole, scallops, pork tenderloin.YouCANNO go wrong with anything!Chef is a darling! We kept receiving on the house items just for us to taste
We may be a bit biased, but our sister restaurant, Redd, never disappoints. Be sure to enjoy the pork belly while you are in! -Redd Wood
Chef Reddington is a Daniel alum. I love his California cuisine. Some of my favorite dishes are the glazed pork belly to start and scallops as my main. Also try his pizzeria, Redd Wood, next door.
Great presentation, overpriced tho..worth a try
Pork buns are amazing!
Overrated and priced for the quality and lack of taste. Skip it.
Meh. Good food but sluggish, unenthusiastic service.
The girl seating people was so rude that she would only answer with "I don't know" in response to our inquiry about how long the wait would be at both bar and the restaurant. Completely indifferent
The ginger tuna tartar was delicious with that ginger sauce and cucumber rice.
I recommend Sunday's with Rob at the bar. Always an adventure and it usually involves bacon!
this glazed pork belly with Apple purée, burdock and soy caramel makes you want to rip your own shirt off
The pork belly app is to die for
Amazing scallops. Excellent fish tacos. Sit at the bar and talk with Byron or Mason - best bartenders in the valley.
Loved it!! The tuna tartar was delicious... As was everything we tried. Definitely visit if you are nearby.
Can't say enough good things about this place! Great staff and service, and food was excellent. Hamachi tartare was a winner as was the sole. We got an order of pork buns sent to our table too - YUM
The trout salad is about as perfect of a dish as you will ever come across.
Ann's Manhattan is named after the chef's mom's fave Manhattan. Proceeds from this go to a nonprofit helping kids with cancer.
Oysters and duck confit are top notch
The food ranged from excellent to truly remarkable. Food could not be fresher, better prepared, or better served. Cocktails were unique and delicious. Ambience is minimalist, but clean & sleek.
Delicious food and good service combined with superior wine. Must try the Chef's tasting menu if you have time.
Sit outside! The ambiance outside is great - they light the outdoor fireplace and you listen to the water fountain - very romantic!
Scallops are great - tartare and heirloom salad not so much.
Sit on the patio by the fireplace.
Tasting menu is definitely worth it. Different courses for each person means you get to try most things on the menu - and they're all fantastic.
Everything is just great!!!!!
Amazing food and the service is great!!
Gnocchi special was awesome
Tasting will please vegetarians and carnivores alike!
Wonderful dining experience, worth every penny. Duck breast was done to perfection.
The dynamic duo of Mason and Jason at the bar cannot be beat.
Don't even think about skipping dessert.
Order up a seasonal cocktail -or- try a person favorite "The Bitter Orange" which is available year round.
Get the pork belly and roast chicken. Can't beat it.
This was my favorite of Yountville and Napa Valley. Wow! The service, food, and wine were over the top amazing. I had the carmelized scallops as my entree and they were the best scallops ever.
