    This theater has come a long way from its glory days but still retains its old world charm. One of the few old timers still holding its own in south Mumbai sans renovation/rebranding.

    An Art deco Movie theater, it was built by Framji Sidhwa. The first film to be aired at the Regal was the Laurel and Hardy work The Devil's Brother in 1933.
