Regal Entertainment Group theatre circuit
I have come to the conclusion that AMC Prime is better than RPX, at least the two versions across the street from each other. Given the choice, I'd go AMC Prime at AMC Empire 25 every time.
The staff were rather rude. Perhaps because it was a free screening, which clue me in as a patron, to their overall character. Also there could have been more walking space in the actual theatre.
My favorite theater in the city. Comfortable stadium seating and they have Coke freestyle machines with tons of hard-to-find sodas (grape Fanta zero!).
They Installed new self serve soda machines since I was here last - to get cherry coke you have to check coke first then cherry - save yourself the headache! Lol
If I had to choose between AMC and Regal...Regal is the way to go! Awesome staff and great service!
Become a member of the Crown Club for rewards. I finally got my free movie ticket. They also have $2 popcorn on Tuesday and free refills.
Please use the bathroom before hand, especially for a long movie. Also don't pull the backs of chairs as you're sidestepping through the aisles. Inconsiderate.
Not a fan of this theater at all, there's no specials, no matinees and they just started having Rear Window Caption for deaf people. This is my last resort theater.
Nice, spacious theater with a wide selection, but I would never come here unless it was a few-week-old movie at an off-peak time.
Awesome movies theater with incredible coca-cola vending machines. You can select many types of soda and flavoured coke.
Angus burgers available (now that McD's no longer has any). Allow some extra time when purchased as they have to be cooked.
Rpx 3d theater is really nice and rarely full since no one wants to pay $21 for a movie. Give you assign seating too which can be nice but probably not necessary
A-ok mainstream theater. It's located in the heart of the busiest part of the city so beware crowds on a prime night.
Across the street from AMC Empire, you have this theater hosting late night movies. Different selection of movies too.
If you're inclined to smuggle in snacks, bring a bag with multiple compartments. The perfunctory security check only requires you to open one.
Don't sit there in the lobby, or stand there, the security will make you leave, then the manager will apologize for the rudeness of the security.
This theater is AMAZING!! Large screen, comfy seats, and surprisingly few people on the Saturday afternoon of an opening weekend.
Great theater besides the trashy people that pay fourteen dollars to talk through out the movie... Every time I come here
They have better seats than AMC across the street and love the sound machine where you can choose your own drink.
get a frozen yogurt from snack bar but be sure to get the Jelly Belly swirled ones! yum!
RPX is not worth the higher ticket price at all. There is nothing to distinguish it from a regular theater. Save your money.
Surprisingly nice theatre in Times Square. Seats are comfy and they do late night showings.
The angus sirloin hot dogs are a good deal, with 4 mini-dogs per purchase! The Edy's frozen yogurt is tiny though...
Tower Heist was pretty good. But I really wanted to see Paranormal Activity 3. Last show was at 8:30, though. Guess it is already winding down.
It wasn't crowded so we didn't spend time in the queue! Also has comfortable seating
The Soda machines alone are worth the prove of the ticket! Allow at least 15 mins to play with them
They have the coca cola freestyle soda machine. Pretty much every coke flavor you can imagine.
The lobby is surprisingly ornate, especially for a multiplex. Check it out.
Clean and convenient to the other major attractions of Times Square.
Don't leave tips for specific movies that won't be playing here a month from now.
The Coke dispenser has raspberry, orange, lime, vanilla and black cherry Coke, plus lots more options. Awesome!
No one likes weaving through all the tourists to get here, so it's usually not crowded.
Seats are very comfy. As for the RPX...well, I couldn't tell the difference.
Try the chicken wing combo, but don't expect much out of the presentation.
Have to admit the seats are not as comfortable as the AMC 25 across the street.
Don't come late night weekends, very crowded, every seat filled.
average previews are 25 minutes long, so no need to get there early
Try the Raspberry Coke from the soda machine with 200 varieties to choose from. You won't regret it.
Never coming to this movie theater again, the whole damn theater was full of people talking, what ever happened to the golden rule?
Really comfy seats. People who work there are friendly.
Ummmmm loving the soda fountain. Since when does sprite come in so many flavours?!
Ok so the location is horrible, midtown but the theater isn't that bad.
Expensive drinks (5.25$), but worth it bc they have the new Coke dispensers with 40+ flavors.
Nothing awesome about RPX except the seats are crazy comfortable.
Our second the most preferred place for watching movie.

See a movie here if you want to watch people get into fights during the movie. Every. Single. Time.
It seems that lately most of the hit movies are at E-Walk and not across the street at the AMC.
Comfortable seating, big theater and clean.
Comfortable seats. Never too crowded.
