It's so close to everything. Walk over the bridge to the football stadium, or go next door to the Byham Theater. Read more

Rooms & food r great as well as the hotel staff. Only complaint is the hostess @Braddock's. There were tons of open tables, apparently only 1/2 servers. Definitely poorly handled forced 2 Starbucks

A premier property in downtown Pittsburgh! Ask for a room with a river view. The rooms are large and comfortable. The lobby takes you back to times past, incredibly beautiful! Service was great.

If you want a loud street noise late into the night and early in the am and truck noise this is the place. And u can't cool off the room on hot nights too

Great views, and nice staff. But be wary of any hotel called a "Grande Dame". This is French for "needs renovation."

Parking deck across the street from the hotel entrance is under construction. They started the jack hammers at 7am and went non stop. If your room faces that side good luck sleeping in.

Avoid restaurant (Braddocks) like the plague. Not owned by the hotel. Waitstaff is pleasant but morning hostess is terrible. Food inconsistent. Overall very amateurish & unworthy of such a nice hotel.
