The chicken rice's served old-school where meat pieces are scattered unevenly on top of your rice if you do take-aways. What's important is that it's good and priced affordably even for 2017 standard.

Really good braised duck. So is the Ham Choy. Good to try the satay too. Dinner with Peter, Tim, in-laws & Meng's family.

Vietnam noodles were a bit unique. Little bit sweet and very savoury. Lots of pork and some seafood. Basically it was like one of the best instant noodles you will ever try. Worth a shot

Used to be one of the best places for braised duck. The taste and portion has gone down a little but the eggs are still good.

Duck Rice is awesome! Succulent tender duck with the perfect gravy, salty veges just nice, duck gizzards great texture, duck liver just like foie gras. Chicken satay nice too. Price is cheap.

The stall selling stewed duck at night has stewed pork leg too and it's quite good. Meat falls of the bones easily and the broth has a slight herbal taste to it, akin mild bak kut teh

Overrated prawn noodles. Doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Soup was leaning towards the peppery side. Gotta give them credit for having the skill to slice the tiny prawn as this as possible

Prawn mee is my favorite even with Penang standard. RM6 per bowl but worth it considering the portion. Come by 8.30am during weekend or may not get a comfortable seat.
