Excellent Care but PATIENCE is key.
It's not a quick process but it moves and it does work. I kinda felt bad for the nurses in the clinic because people were so mean to them! They are doing the best they can with the cards they have.

If you love Starbucks and work near the VA, prices are hella cheaper there. Normally I pay $3.00 for a Venti White chocolate Mocha.
Arrive an hour before your appointment. By the time you find parking you will be a couple seconds early.
If your going to the pharmacy bring a picnic basket.

There are 2 off site parking options with FREE shuttle service. Cold Spring Rd at LaRue Carter facility and Lafayette Road
Parking-what a mess! Get there an hour early just to find a spot!
Please people STOP COMPLAINING about the long lines,for most of us this medical service is free,and there are a lot of people that wouldn't mind switching healthcare plans with you!
Parking can be a nightmare! The coffee shop has some tasty offerings. The volunteers at the info desks have super helpful.
When spending a lot of time here, stop at the front desk.The staff is extremely helping in showing you where you need to go.
Arrive early parking can be a problem.
Parking is horrible unless your driving an ambulance....if your in a wheelchair van make sure its a rear load.
Allow yourself extra time to park. VA Coffee Shop serves Starbucks coffee.
