The rooftop garden of this funky spot produces tomatoes, brussels sprouts, peppers, carrots, and heirloom lettuce—much of which finds its way onto brick-oven pizzas and other Italian-inspired dishes.
One of the Brooklyn new school of locavore-crazy, market-driven ingredients, Robert's is in many ways what happens when hipster chefs get it right.
They brought Levain Boules with housemade butter. (Baked in their wood oven in Brooklyn, made only with flour, water, and salt; no commercial yeast and a sourdough starter) to Choice Eats
Girls happened here. Marnie and Charlie got brunch and decided to make things work in the Season 2 finale here.
Try the pizza.
The Millennium Falco pizza is the bomb.
In the wild East of Brooklyn, where artists and hipsters roam, Roberta’s not only comes with an Italian wood-burning oven but a tiki bar, veggie plots, and a banquet hall.
Firepit in the back...not many places can say that
If you find yourself on a deserted looking street filled with warehouses, you're in the right place. Good brunch, whether pizza or breakfast items (and the coffee is good too).
Get everything, it is all good.
Visit their mobile oven in Madison Square Park. The gooey, elastic cheese stretching from the oven-fresh Neapolitan slice with have you begging for more!
The mint lemonade is absolutely orgasmic.
Taste the pizzzzaaaaas.
The choices are what makes Roberta's great. We recomment the Millenium Falco - tomato, pork sausage parmesan, garlic, basil, red onions, bread crumbs, and chili flakes. Whew!

Great local food and some good local beer to boot. In the back is the studio for the Heritage Radio Network, which tapes "Beer Sessions" every Tuesday at 5pm.
Donate to the Brooklyn grange in the gold piggie banks. A one acre rooftop farm changing the way we look at locavore eating.

So... Everything is good. That's my helpful tip.
Deliciously crispy crusts and celebrity crushes aside, their real delicacy is the staff. Unlike so many holier-than-thou hipster hangouts, your server's smile lasts well beyond those 6 slices.
Did you have the chef's secret tasting menu from Roberta's? Yes I did, and the month long wait was worth it because the carrots they grow on the rooftop garden there are just so sweet.
This place has the best atmosphere! The food/ beer and wine selection is great. Totally a hidden gem...great place to watch hipsters
crazy wait? you can order from the full menu and eat at the bar!
The service here blows, but that's what happens when your waiters are apathetic cooler then thou idiots
There will always be a 2 hour wait. Make sure to plan it accordingly
The Axel Rosenberg pizza is a must, but you can't go wrong with anything here. I don't think I will ever tire of Roberta's, I love it!
Why people rave about Patsy's, Grimaldi's, or Lombardi's is beyond me. Roberta's easily crafts the perfect pizza with the freshest ingredients each and every time. Best wood-oven pizza in Brooklyn.
