It's cool but too many people
Have to take a photo and run the steps to find his converse at the top!
You might have to wait a few minutes, but even on nice days you should be able to grab a great pic with the statue. Gonna fly now...
Be ready to pay (I mean tip) the guys guarding (standing next too) the entry to the statue.
Run the Stairs like a Champ!
I love Rocky movies i just couldn't leave Philadelphia without taking a pic of his statue. It's a fun thing to see. If you're looking at the stairs, the statue is to the right.
A little hidden away, but is situated to the right of the stairs to the Museum.
Iconic. But why did they move it from the top of the Art Museum steps? ;-(
It is Rocky! Better run up the steps to recreate the Rocky movie.
Be prepared to make a line to see this thing.
Lots of homeless around this area!
The statue is not necessarily easy to find - just bear right when you face the museum.
Homeless people will offer to take your picture in front of the statue for tips. They take really good pictures.
This was terrible location...it's like right next to the bus stop.
You have to do the pose... a must.
Can't wait torun the steps!
Look out for guys who ask if you want them to take your picture on your phone or camera. After they help you they ask for money.
"Your gonna eat lightning, and your gonna crap thunder!"
Dont forget to take a look at rocky's foot prints on top of steps :)
Don't miss Rocky at the bottom of the stairs to the right. He can be easy to miss next to his stairs!
I guess what I'm trying to say is: If I can change, and you can change, everybody can change!
Yo Adrian I Did It
It's a statue of Sylvester Stalone as Rocky ... The make believe boxer from Philly.
I haven't seen the movie Rocky, but I've seen the statue, so it evens out, right?
This is a nice place 2 go 2 and see a statue of Rocky.
The Rocky statue was first unveiled in RockyIII and was placed at the top of the Art Museum steps. It has since been moved to its current location at the foot and to the right of the Museum steps.
My sons favorite spot in Philly
I'm so Happy
Well if you're in Philly at least be inspired by seeing Rawkeee balbohhhaaah
Though we personally don't care for a fictional athlete from 40 years ago, thousands still pose for photos here. Fun fact: though it looks good, Rocky's running route as pictured doesn't make sense.
a little bit far, but we can go
Yo Adrian! Dolph won't stand a chance. I'll come back. I promise!
Avoid the fauxtographer offering to take your pic with the statue.
Wow bottom and top of stairs
Did you know that the Rocky statue was originally placed at the top of the steps of the Art Museum? Run/walk to the top and see what is left of where he once stood.
Go ahead, kick a tourist!
Yo Adrian... Hands up and get ready to pose next to a Philly cinema legend.
Get your picture taken with Rocky...although it is strange that we have a statue of a fictional character, it defines Philadelphia and no trip here is complete without a photo with Rocky!
Have a picnic on the front lawn, run up the 66 stairs, dip your feet in the fountain, and enjoy the beautiful city views!
This statue was the same one used in Rocky III, released in 1982. Since you're in a WiMAX hotspot, log into Netflix and stream the movie right here!
While you are checking out ROCKY make time to go to the PHILADELPHIA ART MUSEUM! It's right behind Rocky (Rocky runs up the Art Museum steps) and home to priceless ART from around the world.
Be sure to check out the view from the top of the steps. :-)
İnsanın Adrineeee diye bağırası geliyor
No se pueden ir sin tomarse la foto jaja
