Situated on 230 acres of lush landscape and Central Florida’s most luxurious meeting destination. Our stunning grand lobby welcomes you into a world of lavish choices, complete with luxury accommodations, enticing restaurants and a championship golf course.
This place sucks, stay somewhere nicer.
Very fancy hotel with beautiful decor, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, spa, many restaurants & bars! The only bad thing is that they are affiliated with SeaWorld, so never staying again until those ties are cut!
For a pedicure, I recommend crossing the street and checking out spa nails & beyond. Cheaper than the hotel spa and nice people
Nice but a older hotel. Not very modern and 45 minutes away from downtown Orlando. Be sure to rent a car if you want to get around.
Fine conference facility. The rooms aren't made for business travelers - no desk, slow wireless, shower leaks on bathroom floor. Not impressed in fact depressed after four days.
They have a lot of floors, long hallways, restaurants, pools, cool elevators to every hotel rooms, free transportation and much more. Thanks!Terrence Michael Bonner .
Love the beds
It's a wonderful facilitiy.It has 4 pools,hotub,arcade and wonderful varieties of restaurants
Lovely hotel. Really good buffet.
Very friendly service. No issues whatsoever. Average rooms though for a conference centre. Food not great. Room temps at conference centre varied from too hot too too cold.
When drinking alcohol here, be aware of additional charges automatically added for gratuities from the waitress staff. A $9 Piña Colada could run you $13. Remember there is a Publix across the street.
Be aware that some foods and snacks are very expensive here. There is a Publix across the street to buy snacks at perhaps $1-$2 cheaper per item.
Great location, terrific beds, very fast check-ins
Check out the Gingerbread houses on display create by the RSC chefs!
One big plus is the service. We've had some hiccups with a large conference (breakfast buffet should be at least sort of warm; their computer systems are down) but everyone has been super helpful
For a business resort I have to say I expected a desk in my room. Ugh.
Beautiful hotel. Location good for attending conferences but not so much for Orlando sight seeing. Far away
Gorgeous hotel and their many restaurants make sure everyone is happy! Plus they have a great golf course and pools!
3 amazing pools and so spacious but be prepared to walk. A LOT.
Swimming pools are very nice
Florida realtor conference babee!

At luncheon with keynote speaker " Liz Murray - Homeless to Harvard" . Amazing speaker.
If you can swing an extra $50 a day upgrade to Concierge Lounge. Ends up being more affordable with all you can drink beverages, continental breakfast, evening appetizers, turndown and desserts

Rich people stay here.
Beautiful resort, but I can't believe you have to pay for parking and to use the gym!
👌👌 like it..
I love my room, the soaps, TV, and bathrobe!
Love this hotel! Really sweet. First class and down to earth with an awesome staff. Definitely staying here again!
Everything is perfect except the poor wifi connection and ud better have ur own transportation
This is a massive hotel with plenty of space for that 2,500 person meeting and places to hide if you are a traveler of one. Multiple pools, places to eat and shops.
Valet is $5 more & will save u tons of time. Free, fast wifi. Tip housekeeping daily to get extra amenities. The free shuttle to Universal leaves well after the park opens...easier to drive.
Very nice report! Very big lots of walking here.
Ask for a room close to the elevator. You'll thank me for this one.
Make sure you valet park. The walk requires another vacation.
Even the "new" internet access is slower than your Great-Aunt Muriel on her hoveround motorchair after her second glass of Lambrusco. Bring your own, or set your expectations very low.
This place is trying way too hard to be Bellagio, but with a cheapness that ruins some important details. Ok for a conference, but move on if you want something special or a true luxury-resort.
def pay the $5 extra to valet and call to have your car brought up (:
From the Spa to the Pizza place, service is second to none.

Fantastic restaurants on site. Casa Bella is fantastic
The spa is heavenly. Check out their specials. 80min massage is so worth it.
Ask for a room on a high floor with a view. If possible get something closer to the elevators, otherwise plan on using your hike to the room as your daily work-out.
