The chopped beef sandwich, vinegary coleslaw, potato salad, and mint iced tea all are great. The early rock 'n' roll music added to the experience. Near UT and the university area Doubletree.

Award-winning barbecue served in a down-home setting, with an outstanding assortment of vegetarian options and side dishes. All meats are available as sandwiches, by the plate, or by the pound.

Amazing chopped BBQ beef sandwich: burnt bits & ends of slow-cooked brisket, BBQ sauce, pickles & onions on a soft white bun--essentially an absurdly delicious BBQ version of a sloppy Joe. Unmissable. Read more
