Pasta is Not over cooked💃🏼. Wine list is great. Garlic is plentiful. Tiramisu is real and homemade shrimp, veal and beef are all wonderful. Service has always been above average when I was there

Classic Chicago joint serves solid Italian-American dishes, but most people visit for the old school charm and roving musicians.

Shrimp De Jonghe is fresh, ricotta-filled gnocchi in meat sauce won’t disappoint, and the New York strip is seasoned only with salt and pepper before hitting the grill for a spot-on medium rare. Read more

Food is average but Oysters Rockeller are worth the trip alone. They are the best in Chicago. A large and loud restaurant that's been around forever. Great for parties. Something homey & charming.
