Welcome to Sac’s Place. We’ve fed Astoria, NY the coal burning brick oven pizza and homemade Italian foods they love since 1989.
Homemade Italian cooking just like Sunday evening in Italy
Enjoyed the gnocchi in homemade ragu, highly recommended.
Everything is Delicious. Try the sicilian.
Best delivery pizza. Ask for extra crispy crust so it travels better.
Great mama's pizza. Best pizza in astoria.
Half off your first bottle of wine on Thursdays, 25% off on all the food on Tuesdays. Delicious sicilian pizza!
Best slice in Astoria. Get the regular or Sicilian.
Homemade fresh pasta, loads of yummy sauce choices, lovely staff, really friendly service and a lovely cozy place with great atmosphere!
their Sicilian slices are really good. light, airy crust and very cheesy with a tangy, not-overcooked sauce.
Amazing brick oven pizza
Thin crust coal oven pizza that makes some good pies for the neighborhood.
Its ok to deal with ladies and owners some workers here r nuts and stare at you
Best pizza and pasta in Astoria! The Penne Vodka ziti is the best I've ever tasted!
Amazing food. Try the penne and the Cheese, White, and Mama's Old Fashion pizza. Delish!
Final verdict/tip: The Sicilian with pepperoni is my favorite, followed by Mama's Style. Get Mama's (or any normal crust pie) crispy if you don't want it to go limp.
Get anything off the 'specials' menu'. All delicious.
My fiancé "this is the best penne a la vodka EVER!!!!" they have great food and an amazing fire place to keep you warm and feel cozy!!!
Favorite pizza spot in Astoria. Best Sicilians.
Great takeout . Eat in and plan on terrible service
If you want quality taste then u have come and order. If u order delivery it doesn't taste as good
Garlic knots are a mid-afternoon to early-evening occurrence. They're not ready until around 1, and they run out around 8. Time your visit wisely because they are worth it.
If they have the apple pie on special order one per person. You won't want to share. Trust me. Ask for the #secretmenu pickled cherry peppers on your pizza. #epic piquant, slightly spicy and delicious
Cozy italian restaurant with excellent food! Live music on Mondays!
Pizza here is do good that is tastee even when it's cold
Come here for the pizza. It is awesome!
This place sucks. They made my pizza wrong and insisted that I made the mistake then made me pay for the toppings I didn't ask for!
Call ahead to see if they have lasagna. Best in the city!
Friendly, cozy little spot i Astoria. The handmade pastas nearly overshadow the delicious pizza.
Great but pricey pizza.
medium pie with double peperoni and extra tomato sauce, yummy
White pizza with prosciutto!
Sac's is my favorite restaurant in Astoria. The pizza is second-to-none (I order mine well-done), as are the homemade pastas and gnocchi (Mama's lasagna!), the asparagus and prosciutto, and much more!
The best food in Astoria. Real people, real food, real family. I love this place.
Eat a bar pie... at the bar.
If you can't pay your bill, they make you chop wood for the pizza oven in the basement.
The VIP room is downstairs.
Rent out the whole place for a private party.
You haven't been to Sac's if you've never tried Mama's meatballs.
What is there to say? Voted best Italian and best Pizza in Queens...enough said
Just moved back to Astoria and this is the first place Angie and I went!
do yourself a favor (if you're feeling fat/indulgent) and order a pizza pie with the following: well done bacon and chicken cutlet.my husband and i freak out every time we eat it. FREAK OUT!
Best pizza in Astoria, hands down. It's coal-fired brick oven pizza, so if you get lots of toppings on pie (especially watery ones), ask for it crispy!
Note: It's minimum $10 if using a credit/debit card for a takeout order.
Toscana wine... Smooth
Pizza is great, but don't ignore the amazing pastas!
I don't understand the good food tips left by others about this restaurant. The food is awful, poorly prepared. Not worth the money they charge you.
Please put roaches on the EXIT sign
Great food, put being a gay person, it was slightly uncomfortable. It has a backwoods kind of atmosphere, which is sad, considering it is in New York City. I heard the word, "faggot," in the restaur
