Welcome to the official page of San Diego Mesa College. One of the largest community colleges in California and the nation, Mesa College serves 24,000 students.
The first lesson you learn here is patience. You'll need lots of it when finding parking.
Flex Staff Parking is available to students after 4 pm. Just stay away from lots or stalls marked Staff, they are always reserved for staff.
If you are not here by 7:30 am, you will not find parking easily. Park at National Guard or the Parking Garage if all else fails.

Cellphone deadzone for Verizon customers
Get there early to park in the parking structure. And when I say early I mean like 8am
When going up the stairs of hell, take it two steps at a time. Its easier.
Cross street with caution, vehicles may not stop.
Leave thirty minutes earlier to leave time for parking!
Omg parking is god awful on the first day!

All the construction is crazy, leave early to be on time
Parking is terrible because of the construction
Free wifi all throughout campus with only a few classrooms without internet connection. Sign up for carpool. You get all the best spots.
It gets hot during the summer. Best place is to park your car on the 1st floor of the parking structure where it's cool and shaded and nap to your hearts content! Plus it wont be hot at end of class!!
Parking before noon sucks!!!!!!
If you're in need of a nap, the Learning Resource Center is the perfect place to catch up on all the sleep you lose during late night gaming-no wait. Uh... Study sessions.
Avoid Monday classes!
If you don't have a parking permit, make sure you buy a ticket at the tiny yellow paystation / machine!!!!
Alot of eye candy ...
If you take a class after lunch, there's actually a decent amount of parking. I took a class at 2:20 and always found some spots.
David Miano is the best history teacher
parking is insane regardless of having a carpool permit or not. expect to play musical chairs with parking spots.
The new parking garage on the north side of campus really is great.
Save yourself some dough and skip on the parking permit to park on the neighborhood streets. Free parking all day and get your exercise in.
Parking is the worst the first few weeks of the semester. The campus "police" are pretty relentless about parking permits , too.
It for sure pays to register early!
Motorcycle parking aplenty. No problemo yo! Lol
Only real way to find parking quick and easy is to wait at a walk way exit during the last 10 minutes and first 15 minutes of every hour, and don't be afraid to shout at someone if they're leaving :)
After 6pm staff street parking is flex parking until December 2010.
i love this school
The Mesa Culinary Arts restaurant is something everyone should try. It's a million times better than the cafeteria and the prices are great. Remember they only take cash though!
Don't take early morning classes
Carpool. Admittance is through the roof, and each person drives a separate car. Parking is insane!
This place is a gem of cheap education. They have over a 50% xfer rate to 4 year colleges. Try and find another campus close to that..
Its hard to park!!!
