A small SUV does not count as a compact car! If you choose to park one in the spots marked compact, you're most likely keeping someone else from getting into their car!
Full bar. On one Friday a month there is music and people ferry back and forth as you only pay when you get off
Walk or ride a bike? Realize that the 'walk' signal seems to be only a suggestion to cars leaving the parking lot. On or not, they'll only stop if someone just starts crossing the street...you hope.
They take Clipper Card now, which is good! But they are cutting back some on their SF Muni transfers.
military discount $5 ea way
Best way to commute to San Francisco ever. No constant stopping, no hours bikes are not allowed, always a place to sit. Plus you can eat and drink on the boat too.
Clipper Cards accepted!
Grab a beer from the bar. It's the only commute I know of that serves drinks.
best way to commute, ever
This is the best way to relax in SF it's sunny smooth lovely fun and the best way to commute!!
So relaxed. Easiest commute in the bay.
Im cold :(
Just jump on the boat and ride. If you don't have a ticket you'll be able to get one once you're on the boat. Best scenic view is on the very top of the ferry but be prepared to get gusted by winds.
Gotta love a relaxed commute with a cocktail
I take this ferry to commute into the city it is a relaxing ride. The ticket books have MUNI/AC transit tickets attached and you can time stamp them on board the boat and get a ride around the city.
