Prosciutto de Parma is everything you could ever want in an Italian panini and more. Get toasted

    Carl Fiorentino · August 2

Great Italian sandwiches which are better toasted, unless you're getting it to go. Warmed sandwiches get very hard upon leaving the restaurant. Eat in or get it untoasted.

    Paul Kardous · June 25

The number 6 (prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and basil) is the best thing on the menu. Order it hot / toasted.

The fresh mozzarella is awesome. Buy a whole cheese, add prosciutto and red peppers with olive oil and a hunk of bread and you will have an amazing lunch.

They make fresh mozzarella daily and it is oh so good. I often buy a whole one with a pile of roasted red peppers and my day is made. Enjoy the good food.

I like to get the San Classico because it has a good mix of meat, cheese and yummy roasted peppers. Place is small but on a nice day you're only a couple blocks from Hudson River Park.

Get the standard bread they use toasted. If you don't like that, ask for the baguette bread. My favorite is the grilled eggplant.
