    Definitely make an appointment and may e go early Friday morning. That's when I went and it was a snap. I so think there are very nice people there. Very helpful. The guy taking pictures is awesome!

    Use appointment online to avoid the longer and more dreadful non-appointment line. Moved 30 feet on last hour. Come before 730am or be preparedto wait.

    Lazy, rude, and slow!!! Even with appointments you still have to wait wayyyy past your appointment time. Worst DMV ever.
