The noodles are premade, which is why they aren't the star of this fare. It's the broth, and since broth makes ramen more than the ramen makes ramen... this is one of the best ramen places around.
The toroniku shio ramen is a must-get! The pork is so delicious.
spicy miso ramen is fantastic. make it a set if you're hungry and add the rice with salmon roe.

U can get an extra portion of meat added to any Ramen Bowl for about a dollar.
To go boxes are an additional $.25.
They give you more noodles the closer it gets to closing time.
They upgraded salmon roe rice and got more expensive. Santouka south cal is cheaper. Santouka Hong Kong has potato croquette set with Ramen. Santouka everywhere!!! (Even in Philippines)
Salt broth with special pork is the way to go.

if you like thick meaty broth then this is the right ramen for you. Always crowded during weekend not a good quick lunch place at all
The side dishes look pretty cool. Cash only, but a convenient BofA ATM inside. :)
Don't expect to get a quick meal here since there is almost always a long line here.
#82 is a good deal. Doesn't look a lot but you will be full.
