$7 for a classic grilled cheese, it was alright. It takes 10 mins for them to make it too.

From NY Mag: The Marieke Super-Aged Gouda possesses that umami-rich blend of sharp and sweet—like a Parmigiano-Reggiano that’s been infused with caramel.

Salvatore Ricotta is a fridge staple. Eat plain, or dress with olive oil or honey for an appetizer/dessert.

The friendliest and most knowledgable people I've been lucky enough to meet. The options might seem overwhelming, but they're always happy to guide!

Some staff members are very cheese-snooty, ie not that helpful. Two younger girls here though gave us the best cheese experience of our lives!
