After catching a movie at the Omni Theater, the exit takes you past the projector setup, so you can see how it works.

You can't be more than 5 min late for a movie or they will seriously not let you in. The guy with this tiny bit of authority takes it very very serious.
Go downstairs and play putt-putt golf! Its the best course around!
The Maya exhibit is pretty cool. You can skip the IMAX movie, though.

Always love the museum, recently went here for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised that it is a great venue.
Go and check out the pirate exhibit while it's still here! There was an incredible variety of interesting things to look at- my family and I loved it!
Do the Omnitheater first-then the exhibits. You'll feel less rushed
