The restaurant serves lunch, but dinner is the real meal to go for, with an extensive raw bar that showcases the restaurant's creativity and its commitment to sustainable seafood. [Eater 18 Member]

Sit at the bar for the late happy hour. Bartenders are quick with a great sense of humor. Order one of every bar happy hour special- then sit back and enjoy!!

Crispy tofu is tasty when they don't put charred leek powder on it The powder tastes like ashes from a fire pit after you drop a toasted marsh mellow in it. The tofu is very scant for $21 ask for more

The bouillonbase is spectacular along with the fried oysters. Careful, only a very select menu for happy hour.

The octopus starter was delicious! So tender! 🐙 Service was quite slow, but if you are patient the food is good.

Take the waiters' suggestion on what to get as it's all very fresh and they'll know. Also, excellent imaginative drinks.

Sit at the raw bar for one of the most interesting alcohol experiences in Minneapolis, thanks to the bar's straight-talking, oyster-shucking chef.

Try the Langoustines. These sweet babies are a better choice, kicked with hot oil and a bit of rosemary.

Food is prepared and presented well. It's high quality. But given the prices, Sea Change is completely underwhelming... Staff is over attentive in an odd way, the menu is limited and not inventive.
