    When exiting from the BSL, be sure to exit anywhere but City Hall. Not only can it be a little scary but it smells like piss and you may even step in it!

    SEPTA's most centralized station, Suburban provides quick access to Penn Center, the Comcast Center, SEPTA's MFL and TRL routes at 15th St., the BSL at City Hall, and the Ben Franklin Parkway.

    SEPTA's website has been enabled for mobile devices. Thanks to the google API, you can now see "next to arrive" in real time from just about any of the SEPTA transit apps as well.

    Homeless people populate the concourse after 9pm. It seems to be a necessary evil in this city, but just a warning if that makes you uncomfortable.

    Septa is a model of archaic inefficiencies. Make sure you leave time to wait in line to buy tickets from actual people. They removed the machines because they couldn't make them usable.
