Famous for its distinctive exhibitions, architecture & annual Pavilion commission. Every Saturday the Serpentine Gallery hosts talks and seminars with prominent artists, poets, curators and academics.
See what exhibition is on... In the summer (mid June - October), check out the serpentine pavilion, by a different architect every year!
Anish Kapoor exibition. The world upside down, october
One of London’s most famous galleries for contemporary and modern art.
Free gallery in Kensington Gardens. Check out their pavilion in the summer, which changes every year.
Each year a designer is appointed to transform the Gallery. In the grounds, there's a permanent work by artist and poet Ian Hamilton Finlay, dedicated to the Serpentine’s former Patron Princess Diana.
Famous for its internship programme.... you work and you dont get any money for it.
Nice view :)
A must see gallery
It was amazing experience!!!! I suggest to visit the exibition Movement, with Wayne McGregor, curated by Marina Abramović
One of the best art galleries in London. Art at its finest; filled with provocative themes. Free entry.
Groovy little bookshop!
You can find some interesting exhibitions here. And also admission is free!
Fantastic exhibition by Yoko Ono.
Great exhibition on the Edgware road! Worth a visit
Serpentine Gallery summer party !
you will discover the most innovative arts
Come early for talks, it's first come first serve and gets extremely busy
Jean Nouvel 2010 Pavilion was exceedingly red.
The red pavilion is very womb like and the cafe was very good even though we brought a picnic with us. We all enjoyed playing on the ping pong/tabletennis tables.
The current Wolfgang Tillmans exhibition is idiosyncratic and interesting. It's free and definitely worth a look.
Sleepovers there are an interesting experience. Expect hardcore Art House and you wont go far wrong. Insomnia sleepover (contradiction in terms?) was a mixture of scientific talks and artsy short film
A small gallery in Kensington gardens, where you enjoy quality art in a peaceful atmosphere. Currently exhibiting Leon Golub. Although aesthetically his art doesn't appeal to me, it's ideology does!
Closed til 4 March ..
Walk past the swans and boats in the Serpentine, and past the lido and the Diana Memorial, until you arrive at the Serpentine Gallery. You won't regret it.
Well worth a visit: well curated collection of very cool art works.
Interesting experience, especially when you can get calmed down in front of Marina Abramowić.
Lovely gallery near the Serpentine lake. Take in the art; then relax the rest of the afternoon in a deck chair or hire a rowing boat
A must visit.

Lugar fantastico para patinar!
Непонятная интсталяци. Само описание работы тоже странное- автор не говорит ни о целях ни о методах работы. В чем тогда смысл?
