People tend to check in during these times:
NRE is the definitive source of passenger information for those travelling on the GB railway.
Great links to London! Central London in half an hour. Get a travelcard, it gives you a day return as well as unlimited tube travel zones 1 to 6. With a railcard it's £9.90!
Cab drivers love this place when you've on the last train out of London, have gone to sleep and overshot your stop at Orpington.
20 minute free drop off parking for people using the station.
Fish & chips over the road are amazing if you are too late to make dinner.
Please form one queue for the three east side ticket machines
Agree with all the comments: bagel shop on platform 1/2. Awesome salmon & cream cheese bagel and a tea £2.70.
I love that it's Saturday morning, there have been 3 trains to London in the last 15 mins, yet the station is so quiet.
If heading towards Tonbridge, finish any phone calls quick before entering Sevenoaks tunnel.
All food is cheaper across the road at the newsagents.
The queue for the machines is always quicker than the ticket office
I second the advice on the bagel shop on platforms 1/2. If using the shop upstairs, they'll give you 20% discount on their seriously overpriced food if you show them a Bite card.
Watch out for the queues in the morning. It's best to use the automated ticket machines.
Don't rely on the trains. They will only let you down.
Take the car.
Cigarettes are expensive in the shop go across the street alternatively give up.
Here be Dragons!
Have a bagel from the cheapie bagel shop on the platform.
