So good! Amazing shakes and burgers- love that Shake Sauce. And crinkle fries!

    Sara T. · April 14, 2015

On a popular game day the lines here can extend from 2 to 5 innings, of course a lot of that has to do with how much the Mets are sucking (and yes, I'm a Mets fan)...

    Matt P · October 11, 2014
  • Ben L.

Best burgers. Long lines. A must for your visit to Citi Field, just expect to miss a couple of innings.

Burgers are great but skip the fries there and instead get them from Box Frites along with some good dips.

Nothing goes better together than baseball and burgers. While the line is always long at this location, it's well worth it. We usually get the Shack Burger and a black and white milkshake.

I hold firm in my belief this should be renamed "Shea"k Shack

The line on the right side is usually a bit shorter. If you don't want to miss too much game come here before first pitch or after the 7th inning. Always double shack.

Shack Burger, fries and a Shackmeister Ale. It's hard to do much better in the ballpark eats department. Helps to dull the pain of having to watch the Mets.

A little overrated. Burgers taste like Steak 'n Shake. Fresh, though.

Go 1 hr early before game (8 - 10 minute wait). Not as good as the Upper West Side location (not enough love put into it here - it's a factory) but it's still pretty great.

    Chris Ming Ryan · April 11, 2010
  • Nick S.

Go in the late innings when the line is reasonable and have the custard. Excellent dessert! High calories, but totally worth it.
