People tend to check in during these times:
Been going to Shalimar over 10 years now.:-) My favorite are lamb chops, kabobs and garlic chicken with onion nan. They have best lamb chops and naan in town.
Great Indian food, especially the mango lassi
Nice place! Try brain masala, it's very much delicious 😊
The naan is real soft and fluffy and just yum
Authentic food. No gimmicks
Chicken Tikka, mutton chops, chicken Tikka masala
Do take out. Phone in your order. Bring cash. Remember what you order. Get naan, saag gosht, daal masala, and tandoori chicken.
Goat karahi to die for!
Lamb chops are awesome!
Beware that a lot of the meat in their dishes is rough butchered and you'll get quite a few bits of bone in your curry.
Bring cash.. Never miss ordering goat karahi
Always good here! Come here with a open mind, some assume they are the "minority" lol CASH ONLY!
You order anything it tasted good... love the kadai chicken. Kebabs are the best ...
Get the mango lassi. Fantastic. Actually tastes like mango and not too sweet.
Must have the lamb chops!
Tandori chicken was really good
The nihari is amazing
Great Indian food after an afternoon of teaching!
Not hygenic. Would not prefer vegetarian
Goat Karahi is a must have
Try the Tandoori Chicken
You must try the Brain Masala. It's great. Scoop it up and eat it with fresh naan.
Satisfying food for a reasonable price. Hard to get a seat during peak times. Once seated the service is prompt. Pros - kabab, nihari, naan and roti - not so good - their bryani
Best Chicken Tikka Masala hands down, a must try item!
Make sure you have a table before you go to the counter to order.
Seekh kababs, chicken tikka (breast or leg pieces), and naan - all done expertly in the tandoor. Accompanied with the chutneys and you have a great, non-oily meal. Make it happen.
Their chicken biriyani is best in town, beats biriyani bowl hands down
Bring cash. They don't accept any card.
every wenesday the owner himself is the cook and for some reason the food is even more better!!
Bring cash :)
Know what you want to order & call it in or beware ordering upon arrival and wait 45 minutes like I did!
Don't wait to be seated by a host as it's self seating, find a table fast before someone else gets it! Also, see that line in front of the cash register, that's the line to pick up a menu @ order food
Bring cash, they don't take credit
Get the boti kebab, naan and chicken curry.
I became addicted to Naan bread here a dozen years ago. Yum.
