Convenient room make sure to book it with 🆓 WiFi and my room was in Richmond tower with this gorgeous view
Gorgeous lobby, one of my favourite hotels in Toronto.
They charge you $5 to have a phone in your room and you can't choose not to have one. Whether you use it or not. Maddening
One of the better Sheratons.
Excellent deal for the boat show visit.
Elevators are super slow at all times.
Much better than the Westin. . The club lounge is beautiful. Actually like a rooftop restaurant.
Fast internet and very nice people

Joanna Toronto Center
Right in the centre of downtown Toronto - City Hall, Financial District.
Was just walking through this time. When I stayed here, I was happy with the quality and the proximity to everything.
Way too big but great location nice rooms lots of places to eat! Stayed for a conference. Check-in could be a pain at times.
Just ran in and back out again. Couldn't help but notice the waterfall in the lobby.
If in a hurry & you wish to enjoy a meal find La Prep in the building, offering very reasonable price-quality fresh breakfast & lunch meals! You can "Grab N Go" or enjoy the meal in store!
Good downtown hotel. No free WiFi in rooms but that is typical of metropolitan hotels. Nice bar and nice staff.
The best hotel in toronto. Nice staff and nice view and localication
Good location. Close to several attractions.
Tour in city
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Got a free upgrade on my 30th to a room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom with great views of the CN Tower
It's centrally located. Very convenient.
Get a room on 26 or up to be on the same elevator bay as the club lounge
Food trucks right across the street. Better than eating mediocre & overpriced hotel food!
Conference space, rooms & restaurants
No wifi on the rooms, really?!
Long Island ice tea.....
Not bad! BnB
15 CAD/day for wifi is so 2009. (Free wifi only in the lobby)
2014 and this place still charges for in-room wifi. Get with the program @StarwoodBuzz @spg @StarwoodCanPR
Horror movie fire staircase in southwest corner; floors 2-4 must be seen to be believed.
Hd a room with no heat ND portable heaters. Moved to new room with scrambled TV signal. Chappy place.
I think it is an exceptionally nice Sheraton. If you like Sheraton's, you will love this one. Stroll 1km down Queen St. for local flavors.
This hotel has great views, has a great location, and is well maintained. Park across the street to save 50 bucks. The club upgrade is worth it, especially if you got a discounted room rate.
Coffee is great! Nice view from 19th and 29th floor. Staff are great. Expensive but good
New Year's Eve 2014 Party at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel (Grand Ballroom), Toronto, ON, early @ Tuesday December 31 2013. Grab your tickets @
Stayed here many times using hotwire.com, always a positive experience.
Club breakfast has no hot food, basically just fruit and croissants. Rooms are okay but certainly not modern/new by any means. Personally wouldn't stay again.
Charging for wifi in the rooms is pathetic
Don't expect to sleep. Alarms/PA announcements for at least 30 min at 3:30 am. No explanation or apology. 100+ evacuated hotel in panic because staff were unclear on procedure in messages. No sleep!
Design, comfort and luxury, all in one.
It's humid as hell in the elevators. My floor feels & smells like a locker room.
Just sign up for a free Starwood points account and get free Internet. Duh!
The Richmond Tower has wifi in the rooms for guests. The discount code seems to be month2013 (ie this month it's june2013)
The worst and slowest service.
Not sure if they actually have servers here. Pretty long wait for a drink order.
Free bottle of water while checking in and a bottle free in the room. Complimentary Starwood Preferred Guest membership - free wifi and 15% off food at BnB. Great views!
Regardless of what time of day you check in be prepared to spend a painfully long time checking in
