    If you are here for work or just need to sleep, ask for a room away from the driveway. Bar closes at 11:30 and people continue to hang out outside near the fire-pits until past midnight.

    I have been in many hotels for work, and play but this was the worst and most expensive one eeeevvveerrrrrr! Beds are uncomfortable the most updated thing in my room was the shower head! Never again!

    It's a hotel, in San Francisco, in a touristy part of town. Of course EVERYTHING will be expensive. If you want cheap coffee and drinks, go around the corner to the 7-Eleven or stay somewhere else.

    Okay price to get you on, then $45 a night for parking, $16 for Internet, $30 for taxes and fees. $5 extra delivery fee on top of the $7 for a bagel. We will not be coming back.

    Take advantage of the free wi-fi in the lobby. Room wi-fi costs, but is fast (enough for streaming video). Also take a walk a block down to Jefferson st for eats and entertainment.

    Decent enough if you want to be in the Wharf/North Beach area, but cld use some updating. In-room Internet is $16/day, v slow; free in lobby. No restaurant/bar, more a glorified concessions w booze

    The hotel is quite good but the services aren't as good, wifi is only avaiable in the lobby and it's very slow, while you have to pay a 15$ fee if you want it in your room.

    Paid room wifi is not guaranteed fast. It probably depends how far your room is from the router. Frequent disconnections and disappearing hotspots. I want my money back!

    So much noise all night you can't sleep. Car alarms. Motorcycles. People yelling outside and down the hall. The room was clean but unimpressive. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it.

    Rooms are very spacious, with a little bit of beach feel. Staff is great. Only complaint is bathrooms are kind of small. Very close to good restaurants. I would definitely come back
