Superb hotel. Excellent location and view. Great service. Parking can be difficult. The room was worth the price. It was clean, tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely recommended
Best Fallsviews in Niagara
great waterfall view, loved the fireworks especially the waterfall like firewalls. restaurant buffet is ok.
Good morning from
Very average lunch buffet food but the most amazing view ever
Make sure you book a room looking out to falls
Great Breakfast buffet with great hospitality.
Dinner buffet is $34.95 per adult! Yikes!
Spring Thaw Event with Chef Jamie Kennedy Friday April 25th, 2014...To Book go to... www.sheratononthefalls.com/niagara-falls-packages/culinary-experiences.php
Celebrate Family Day and March Break with great deals...
Try the wallnuts!
If you don't want housekeeping, leave the brown sign out before 2am and you'll get a $5 starbucks giftcard (for the starbucks in the lobby) sure most drinks are over $5, but it's better than nothing.
View from our room in 1968 is ABSURD, lovin it!
Great Fallsviews, excellent accommodations and friendly staff !
Good view, Free Starbucks in the hotel rooms & an amazing spa
The View from the fall Suites are out of this world.
The view from the suites are anazing!
If you're willing to pay for it, get the Sheridan Club which includes wifi, an in-room fridge, and access to the club lounge (which serves breakfast, afternoon snacks and unlimited drinks).
The "PF room" charge is NOT a "tax". It's a "fee". Don't let them BS you that it's a "local tax". It's a "promotional fee" that most businesses charge to contribute to advertisement & firework etc.
Got a free upgrade to American Falls view room. Nice room. Only complaint is that the elevators are a zoo at peak times. Fridge in room, big tv, & even a tv in bathroom.
Outdoor pool has awesome view!
The falls view is incredible! The jacuzzi suite is offering wide space and a hige kong size bed....
Make use of the concierge desk, especially Josh. Enormously helpful!
I've definitely stayed at better hotels
Bypass the in lobby Starbucks and head to the Tim Hortons around the corner on Clifton Hill in front of the Sky Wheel - $11.50 for cup and coffee for the week. Compare to $28 for a week at SB.
I give this place 2 out of 5 stars for the beautiful Falls view. I am writing this at 4:44 am out of annoyance & irritation. Room 960 -- walls are paper thin. Can hear everything from next door!!!
Awesome view but they hit you with crazy taxes and fees. We stayed two nights. The first night was $159 and the second was $179 but after breakfast, parking, & Internet it was $600. I feel shafted.
Room 762, best views ever
Overall an amazing experience. Be ready for everything to be overpriced, but it's tough to beat a top-floor fallsview room! We loved the dining, casino, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Get the presidential suite !
The arcade has poorly maintained games and a manager who is kind of useless. Look at the deep sea treasure game coins fall and get stuck on the ramp
Get at least 10 Km away from border to buy anything
The view of niagara falls is amazing from this hotel. Also the Casino is right in the hotel so you dont have to walk outside.
Terrible Customer Service for SPG members
Must try the Windows by Jamie Kennedy onsite. Fantastic farm-to-table menu, great view of falls and friendly service. Those with kids should ask for the grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Fantastic!
Starbucks onsite is a rip-off. $3.85 for a tall glass of warm milk! 2x the price of Manhattan!
The view from the falls view rooms is incredible
Nice view. Time to go.
Did not have our original room ready upon arrival and breakfast was an hour late the following day. Nice looking hotel, but we left unimpressed with the service.
Corner Fallsview suite with the jacuzzi is to die for, with an incredible view to boot!
Nice view of falls... What is wrong with this hotel.. you can't warm your room to above 17c in the winter. Only stay here in winter if you are immune to cold. For the price, there should be room heat!
No fridge, no water boiler, WiFi is $15 except in lobby. View of falls is nice though
View Room recommended. Sew your pockets shut in anticipation of the Vegas like charges : 0)
The last two times I was here the on demand movies did not work.
Sometimes when the tell you you're getting a "Deluxe Room", they really mean tiny room beside the elevator with a deluxe price.
The jacuzzi suite with full fall view rocks!
Don't put your hands in there.
Breakfast may be free for the kids, but it's $20 for adults.
