The hotel seems extremely dated, and the location is deceptively inconvenient to the University Ave strip if you're on foot.

Huge room, pleasant staff and convenient location but so noisy! The walls are like paper so you can hear the trains, traffic and just about everything from your neighbours. Light sleepers be warned!

I don't know what enjoy more about this place... The trains that run right behind the hotel or the fact that you can hear elevators running from just about anywhere. #argh

Checkout the koi pond and try to stay zen about this hotel. They charge $9.99 a day for Internet which should be a crime. Protip: book a $69 shuttle to SFO with the front desk to save $$

The walls are super thin and the cable TV was super pixelated and not functioning half the time. Great location right by the Caltrain Station, but not the greatest property.

Small bathroom compares to the Westin next door. The AC unit is in each room which is fine but it says the establishment is older. The Westin has central AC & newer.
