Mreh. Stay just about anywhere else.
Very kind front desk staff. Lovely lobby and convenient location that's not in the middle of everything. Close enough to walk around downtown. However, my bed linens were a little stained.
front desk clerk Asia was the best. Great service, great smile, beautiful personality. Made this stay special with her special touch and affection.
Grab a drink at the bar, and pray your hangover isn't made worse by the fire alarm going off in the AM.
If you're a diabetic, they will not give you a sharps container, but you can give your sharps to someone "in security" who will handle their disposal. A tad demeaning, but useful
Showers could be best described as a lukewarm drizzle. Engage the massage mode with the knob on the shower head for laser-focused spot cleaning.
Also not impressed by the room, dusty desk makes you wonder about the rest. Marriott was full, stay there
Listen to the bad tips here. Checked after a show at the Mann theater about 11:00 PM so I was committed. Hotel had an 18 wheeler with a generator supplying power and drying fans all over the lobby
These are not brand standard beds. If it weren't for the typical Sheraton toiletries, I'd think I was at an unrenovated Choice hotel, but paying twice the price. Avoid.
Not close to the convention centre and not really worthy of the name "Sheraton"
This place is a dump in every way imaginable. Rooms have odors, service is unorganized. Dirty
Great service! Attentive, polite and prompt customer service.
Staff was accommodating, let us check in a little early and have us free wifi. Was a great deal and very close to the business district. A little old, but clean and comfy. Nice tv!
Became an SPG member & received free wifi. Flat screen TV, comfy bed & signed up to not receive housekeeping every day in lieu of 500 SPG points each day you opt out.
Don't lose your blue parking garage ticket. They gave me a hard time leaving even though I never took car out and I paid at front desk.
Amazing staff! The ac in my unit was making a loud, metal noise. Engineer came up to check it out and front desk immediately moved me to another room and even helped me move my stuff.
Good price for the area, very comfortable, and they have a beautiful pool and fitness center. Would definitely stay here again.
No refrigerator or microwave which is pretty standard these days. Parking is $38!!! Across the street just $18. Lobby is under construction so not that impressed.
First they checked me into an occupied room and then the room smelled like a cab with 50 dangling air fresheners. Not quite a shithole, but staring at the precipice.
AVOID THIS HOTEL! If my company didn't book this CHEAP FLEABAG ... Rude staff, dirty old rooms. My first room was facing a wall and on the roof level, reassigned by vending/ice machine and noise.
They forgot to renovate the club lounge.... and the rooms :)
Put the going green door hang on your door know for a $5 food/drink coupon. I used it for Starbucks downstairs every morning.
Watch out for the noisy building site across the street...May 2013
The room seems nice and the guy at the front desk gave me free wifi just had to ask :-)
Amazing roof view
I arrived at 11am and was happily able to get an early check in. room was obviously remodeled since some of the other comments, fridge would have been nice. I got a super rate online so no complaints.
Great rate if you work for Comcast. Great service. Renovation is slowing improving the look. Housekeeping has improved but has a way to go. Gluten Free Beer (Redbridge) at the lobby bar!
Very helpful front desk... So far they were very helpful in a tricky situation at 11pm.
Newly renovated rooms with flat screen TVs. WiFi comped for our conference. Great view if downtown. Only things missing are the fridge and microwave.
Don't pay the $38 a day parking. City garage across the street is $5 a day.
No fridges in room. Have to pay for Internet. Breakfast buffet = $17. Good location. Comfy rooms. Helpful staff. Great workout room.
Self parking is 38/day, valet 44. The garage across the street is 18/day but no in and out.
Needs a renovation. AC is super loud. Carpet is scary. Great room service menu and nice tv. Takes a long time for someone to answer the phone.
So far so good, any outdated reviews should be ignored. TV's upgraded, room upgraded and elevators are fine... Grow a set.
Air conditioner is not working. No welcome drink. Daily parking is $38. No free internet. Except that, it is a typical sheraton.
The gym has been recently renovated (big improvement) but now it feels like a hot yoga class in there...soooo hot and humid!!
This hotel sucks - no platinum upgrades, no Make a Green Choice option, outdated everything, scary elevators. I wont be staying again.
Not a fan of the house keeping.....
Comfortable rooms, decent price. For it's location it's one of the better deals in the city - many tourist attractions, great restaurants, and cheaper parking are all within walking distance.
We are at the Philadelphia Pen Show January 20-22, 2012!! Check out our booth and mention Foursquare Tip!
A bit dated but the beds are comfy and the staff is phenomenal... except for the rather aloof bartender...
Frosted towels in the gym!
Good hotel, but you have to pay for wifi :(
Found a condom wrapper under the bed
Odd numbered rooms on the top floors have the best view
Renovated room, amazing view, my wifi was comped AND my room was upgraded - why? I WAS POLITE even though I had a shitty travel day.
