Had an amazing stay here and the location was great. Wifi cost money, but is free if you book through Starwood preferred guests program.

HUGE hotel. Be warned, some of the rooms aren't renovated yet. Ask when you book!

Two parking payment machines at the exit of the garage. They take credit cards, but also lock up traffic after large events. Wish they'd move them by the elevators to pay before you leave as others do
  • Robert T.
SPG membership and booking with Sheraton online we got a great view on the 21st floor. Other than that pretty standard downtown hotel in a good spot for city center attractions.

This hotel looks like it's from Soviet Russia. If you're just looking for a bed, it's fine, but pretty unimpressive.

The Hotel and Rooms are Nice but don't try to order anything to be delivered at the hotel, they keep packages in another room locked and it's not always available to retrieve them

Very kind front desk staff. Lovely lobby and convenient location that's not in the middle of everything. Close enough to walk around downtown. However, my bed linens were a little stained.

front desk clerk Asia was the best. Great service, great smile, beautiful personality. Made this stay special with her special touch and affection.

If you're a diabetic, they will not give you a sharps container, but you can give your sharps to someone "in security" who will handle their disposal. A tad demeaning, but useful

Showers could be best described as a lukewarm drizzle. Engage the massage mode with the knob on the shower head for laser-focused spot cleaning.

Also not impressed by the room, dusty desk makes you wonder about the rest. Marriott was full, stay there

Listen to the bad tips here. Checked after a show at the Mann theater about 11:00 PM so I was committed. Hotel had an 18 wheeler with a generator supplying power and drying fans all over the lobby

These are not brand standard beds. If it weren't for the typical Sheraton toiletries, I'd think I was at an unrenovated Choice hotel, but paying twice the price. Avoid.

Staff was accommodating, let us check in a little early and have us free wifi. Was a great deal and very close to the business district. A little old, but clean and comfy. Nice tv!

Became an SPG member & received free wifi. Flat screen TV, comfy bed & signed up to not receive housekeeping every day in lieu of 500 SPG points each day you opt out.

Don't lose your blue parking garage ticket. They gave me a hard time leaving even though I never took car out and I paid at front desk.

Amazing staff! The ac in my unit was making a loud, metal noise. Engineer came up to check it out and front desk immediately moved me to another room and even helped me move my stuff.

Good price for the area, very comfortable, and they have a beautiful pool and fitness center. Would definitely stay here again.

No refrigerator or microwave which is pretty standard these days. Parking is $38!!! Across the street just $18. Lobby is under construction so not that impressed.

First they checked me into an occupied room and then the room smelled like a cab with 50 dangling air fresheners. Not quite a shithole, but staring at the precipice.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! If my company didn't book this CHEAP FLEABAG ... Rude staff, dirty old rooms. My first room was facing a wall and on the roof level, reassigned by vending/ice machine and noise.

I arrived at 11am and was happily able to get an early check in. room was obviously remodeled since some of the other comments, fridge would have been nice. I got a super rate online so no complaints.

Great rate if you work for Comcast. Great service. Renovation is slowing improving the look. Housekeeping has improved but has a way to go. Gluten Free Beer (Redbridge) at the lobby bar!

So far so good, any outdated reviews should be ignored. TV's upgraded, room upgraded and elevators are fine... Grow a set.

Comfortable rooms, decent price. For it's location it's one of the better deals in the city - many tourist attractions, great restaurants, and cheaper parking are all within walking distance.

Really like this place. Good folks and reasonable for the quality. Only complaint: don't charge for wifi. That's just effing greedy guys. Internet is on par with hot running water. Seriously.

Unless you've got a really great rate, stay elsewhere. Rooms are beat up and need renovation, service is slipshod at best.

Renovated rooms on the 25th floor, but the AC units are still older style giant box that makes a ton of noise. Carpets don't appear to have been part of the updates, not the 1980's lobby. Not a fan!

Cheap hotel in quality and price. Be prepared to expect reasonable accommodations, expensive parking, moderately clean rooms, and a big box hotel atmosphere.

Pay for wi-fi, at a fancy hotel? Also advertised HBO and premium cable but the only watchable was payperview - for network television.

Horrible hotel overall. Awful front desk service, slow, and disgusting. Don't stay here it's miserable. Small outdated tvs, old gym, bed bugs, and the rooms smell like cigarettes

Love the hotel, but would it kill them to put in a mini fridge and a microwave? Not everyone wants to eat downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Who gives a crap about a flat screen?

TV was old and scratched up. Volume wouldn't go down. Was always loud. Shuttle to airport was supposed to be every 30min and was actually about an hour late. Will never stay here again.

AC is loud but definitely works. Free in-room ATT wifi after 11pm for iPhone. Doesn't seem to work during the day
