Awesome place to stay when here to see the sights. You can catch the metro to almost anywhere tight outside the front door.
Big rooms, comfy beds. No free internet is a bummer. All in all, for the price you can't beat it!
Elevators ridiculously slow.
This hotel has in room wifi and flat screen tv's for the ones that haven't been here in a while. They replaced the tv's within the past 2 weeks. Comfortable beds and a/c works!
Great running options for 5k+ routes right outside the door...and nice to have large pool and whirlpool awaiting you.
Room 801 is big but doesn't have any windows, kinda freaky. Supposedly it's the only room like that in the hotel.
Right on the Metrolink and it's just a 3 block walk to Busch Stadium.
The back lot on weekends seems to not be patrolled for tickets much. I have parked there evenings from 10 pm to 1:30 am, rarely longer, with no issues. I wouldn't risk an overnight stay tho.
I don't like that you have pay a daily rate for the WiFi. Good location if you are going to Scottstrade Center. Across street from MetroLink so very convenient.
The greatest staff I've ever experienced at a hotel! They are competent, friendly and accommodating! Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. Great location too! For a large family ask for room 821
Ask for anything above #9. The views are urban pain...
Easy access to and off I64 and great access to buses and Metro. Union Station an easy walk. Very helpful, polite emplyees.
Consider a club room upgrade. Worth the money for free wifi, continental breakfast, and more.
This place rocks - they reward nice people, so be nice! :)
The Club Level breakfast is a joke!!!
Park off spruce street for weddings. Separate entrance for the atrium in back
One of the most transit accessible hotels in St. Louis. Across the street from the MetroLink, Amtrak, and Greyhound station. Convenient!
It may look nice, but it's ghetto. Like living in the ghetto with paper thin walls and people are hollering and babies are screaming. HORRIBLE.
ABSOLUTLEY horrible. Kids screaming all night long in the room next food. Maids came at 8am after I had finally gone to sleep, knocking on the door. Doors slamming the entire morning.
The rooms facing the inner indoor courtyard have no daylight and no fresh air. They feel like a prison. Avoid.
Very good place to stay
Great customer service!
Great location but very dated, poorly maintained and the rooms are disgusting. Time for a major remodel
A retrograded Embassy Suites that isn't that bad when the valets aren't rude and the bums aren't soliciting "favors" at the valet entrance.
The pool was GRRRREAT!!! LBVS
Rooms are nice. Beds are super comfy. Staff was very helpful. They do require a deposit for incidentals either by card or cash. I wasn't ready for that. I travel with only enough for my trip.
The 20% off isn't 20%.... It's 10%. Customers beware
Club lounge offers complimentary breakfast on the 8th floor. Includes an espresso/coffee machine (serves Starbucks), bagels, pastries, cereal and waffles that you can make yourself
$11 for daily Internet but they put a $50 hold on your debit card for 3 days. No bueno.
Oh, great suite, too.
Not the best place I've stayed at. The sheets felt like paper, the elevators took a life time, and the food was pricey but at least it was good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Check your room before moving in .... My first one smelled like I'd crawled into someone's armpit!!!!
Budget rental drop off is in lot behind hotel. Very nice folks.
We were woken up several times in the night by 3 guys running around drunk. Security didn't do shit.
Good location. Pricey drinks and food but Awesome neighborhood far away/close enough from everything
Is a really nice hotel kinda expensive and if you got to far it'll wind you up in the ghetto check out square one brewery was awesome Irish stout :)
Elevators are too slow. Few staff members seem to care.
Room service not professional. Hard to get good help.
The laundry machine sucks!
Free WiFi in the lobby, but no free Internet in rooms sucks!
Even though there was no free internet I got the wifi from a building next door. Also has great rooms.
Over priced Internet that was slow as hell. There was a stalker on the 5th floor that kept slipping notes under women doors. Very creepy and hotel did not care.
Get there early if you want the free breakfast - decimated by 10 am. No wireless, in room Internet $10.99
