Definitivamente hay que probar la velocidad de la red. Y las fotos de los pasillos...
Try and get a room with the Empire State Building view
Sleek and contemporary themes make this large, mainstream hotel is a business traveler’s dream come true.
Close to subway. Rooms a little small but only slept there so not really an issue. Would stay again
If you are a first time visitor in NYC you will not like the location. However if you know the city well like me the location is superb. Rooms a bit small but this is NYC.wifi is free for spg members.
The room at the family suite is not that big and my view was nothing about. But the hotel is great
Scenic views, great service. Decent size on the room. The wifi was occasionally slow, but nothing I couldn't live with. I'd go back.
Friendly helpful staff, convenient location w/ several subway lines in close vicinity, beautiful club lounge view. Lounge offerings limited though - pay for booze even as elite but I'drecommend still
Room service breakfast is super convenient but I also recommend grabbing a quick bagel next door @TriBeCa bagel.
They are frequently overbooked and will check you out mistakenly or put you in an already occupied room sometimes. So be aware.
It should be really called Sheraton Chinatown. The rooms facing the main road are really noisy throughout the day. Avoid those. But it is in a convenient location.
Even as a Gold SPG I'm in a tiny 10/F rm where the sirens & car horns can keep you awake all nite long. Not the place to stay for biz or leisure travelers at all.
Poor service and infrastructure. Unhelpful staff. Not worth the money. Not even up to Four Points Sheraton standard. A total joke. A shame for the Sheraton brand. The only positive is the location.
Ask for a room on the Lispenard Street side of the building. For one thing, it's a lot quieter than Canal, plus, you can look right into the windows of Z100 if you're on a low floor! JJ strips at 4p!
Rooms are dirty and look worn, so does public space, but that's likely due to clientele -elevator is very fast, you get 12 ch of Shotime and of course the bed is awesome, staff is friendly & efficient
The staff was both friendly and inviting. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Upgrade to the club level and this ensured complimentary breakfast and daily cocktail hour.
Comfortable rooms, great location -- I'd be delighted to come back here
Grab a drink with cool guests
Take advantage of a quick drink at the bar. The 90+ wine tasting is worth $5 and good way to end or start an evening.
Really good hotel if you're in NYC on vacation. Just a short walk to five different subway stations. Skip the hotel breakfast and head for Ground support a short walk north in SoHo.
Thank god for air conditioning in New York's summer heat.
very bad hotel
Typical small NYC rooms. But one difference: window opens! Yeah! Fresh NYC air ! Breathe it in baby! If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere...!
If you opt for the green service this means no coffee being replaced in your room.... I have regret
While staying here, check out the Starwood preferred guest card to get a lot of advantages!
Allow extra time (a lot!) for the world's slowest elevators
First hotel I have paid for internet at in a very long time.
Internet does not free at rooms and also is very slow at loby. Stuffs are helpfull and smiles:)
Rooms are large for NYC. Amazing views of the city w/ a great price. Free newspaper in the morning, tribeca bagels next door is great. Great location. Try Da Gennaro a few blocks over.
Beautiful view of the city and a great outside seating area for hotel guests!
Nice modern hotel in a very convenient location- close to Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, Tribeca!
The Club Lounge is on the 21st Floor - not the 20th. And it does have great views! Plus hot breakfast in the AM and hors d'oeuvres in the PM.
View is great, especially on highest floors. No free Internet in the room, u can pay 10 dollars for it! Its really big disadvantage, taking into account that few hotels nearby have free wifi in rooms.
Go to the 21st floor and enjoy the view of NYC!
Best vintage shop in NYC right down the block - Church Street Surplus- check it out!
The gym is on the second floor and quite nice. It also echoes through the walls of said floor and will wake you up in the am. Ask for a different floor than 2/3.
Nice note! Thank you.
I must say that at first I was concern with the area, but it turns out to be very convenient. Staff always freely and rooms very clean.
Nice gym. Nice people. Internet/cell service is awful
Nice hotel in New York!
If there on the weekend, plenty of free street parking nearby around Hudson and Vestry Sts.
Great location, canal is a little shady but if you can get over it...the hotel is pretty much minutes to anywhere. Hotel is quiet which is a bonus in NYC
Love this hotel! Great room, great view, great location...and a GREAT deal!! Can't beat that...
Nice Manhattan view from room
Rooms are small but very nice. Kinda dodgy side of town.
Don't keep your room key near phones or credit cards. I keep having to get my keys remade because they stop working.
Crazy front desk team very subpar
Club room is on 21 with a great patio and view facing north. Closes at 11pm.
Really nice hotel!! Oddly, best stay overall in a NY hotel so far
