A little disappointing. Food was good service and management seemed not the caliber needed for the potential experience or expected experience. Seemed very lackadaisical, I was not impressed the $$$$

BEWARE OF THE SEATING RECEPTIONISTS!!! 2 black ladies.. They were very rude & racist! They underestimated the customers they have & gossiped about them!!! #hyattregencyhouston #shulassteakhouse

Service was horrible, food was cold, dessert was disappointing, didn't put gratuity on 1300 dollar tab for ten people, manager was awesome, not the best new years dinner we expected.
