People tend to check in during these times:
The food court in the basement of this building is well hidden, but absolutely worth seeking out. My favourite is the small Indian food place with the tandoor oven. Delicious! :-)
The Minced meat noodle stall is yummy and has one of the best fried dumplings I've ever had! If you're having your noodles to-go don't forget the sambal and the itty bits of fried pork!

There is a wide variety of high tech gadgets here. Because everyone is pretty much selling the same thing, you can get pretty good deals. Avoid the 1st 2 floors as they will tend to be opportunistic.
Don't bother with shops below level 4 if you want a bargain. Check out the list of CASE-listed stores in handouts on the ground floor.
Make sure you do your research on what you want and how much it retails for, before entering.
Visit the money changer on the higher floor (not sure if 2nd or 3rd) for good USD exchange rates.
Look for Mr Wu Qian Liang @ #06-62 to fix your iPhone/Samsung smartphone problems at a good price and he's fast too. Apparently he worked at Foxconn before...
You must bargain in every shop!
Get all electronics under one roof, both genuine & 3rd party stuff. They sell 3rd party air-con remotes as well on the 2nd floor.
When traveling to Singapore be careful, never go to SIM LIM SQUARE.. I was one of them. Check this =
Unicell indeed has the cheapest and best batteries in town! Bought a replacement battery for my acer laptop for 28 sgd!!
Cashtronic on the 6th floor is your best place for diy pc parts. Friendly, negotiable, and down to earth. No hardsell tactics employed.
Go there only if you know the best price. Dont be afraid to bargain even half or 1/3 of quoted price. Especially those shops without price sticker on products.
LASER shop at 4th floor usually offers the cheapest price among others

If you're getting a DIY desktop, just go directly to the 4th, 5th or 6th floor. Don't bother looking around the first few levels unless you're looking for consumer electronics.
Only if you're seeking a Trustworthy and Efficient computer repair shop, head up to #04-04 and seek out Mr Kenny.
So funny the guys in one of the shops "SONG..." didn't even know that,Microsoft Surface existed. I literally had to go online & show them pictures of the new tablet So don't trust their recommendation
