    Use the flash on your camera if you're taking photos of people on "the ledge" during the day. Otherwise people will be too dark or outside will be too bright.Then get out of the way for the next group

    Must do attraction in Chicago. The experience of being outside of the building is really amazing. It's in the Willys Tower that is the tallest building in Chicago and the 2nd in the USA.

    Get on the ledge with the professional photographer, they will take a picture and they let you take your own without fighting for space

    Really cool views from the new all glass jutting-out decks at the top! Kids loved it and we got a great pic of them just "hanging in the air"

    They didn't sell tickets online. The lines for buying them on premises are huge. So, be patient.

    Don't go at night thinking you are going to get into the sky deck view ledge. I got the city pass and it was great to skip ahead but the area was not organized.

    They close @10 but will sell you tickets at 9:45 and not tell you that you have 15 minutes to make it through the whole place. Be sure to get there early.

    What a view. Great one time MUST experience. Long lines. Buy the fast pass. I didn't and waited an hour to get in and 30 min to get out.

    The most beautiful night view I've never had before! It's good to go there late such as 9:30 or 10pm so that you can own the whole place!

    Be prepared to stand in lines with no seating for close to an hour. There is also a line to exit.

    Very cool views. Staff was really pushing the photos when simultaneously allowing and even taking photos for you with your own phone/camera.

    Over crowded on the deck. Need to have some sort of crowd control by the actual sky decks. People sit there forever taking pics, even though there are a hundred others in line.

    Don't go after lunch time (typical tourist time) lines were miserable and took 30 minutes to get back down. Incredible view though! Just put your patience hat in before going!
