        When someone says "excuse me", that's generally considered a polite request to move your chair so they can get by. (Apparently the lady with the attitude in the next row does not understand that.)

        The seats will lock in a more upright position. There is a knob on the side to pull out or push in. You don't have to be laying. In the lap of the person behind you!
