I love the food here and I'll keep coming since it's next to my house, but the service here has gotten comically bad even by EAV standards. Pho is salty, please bring me water twice.

I don't understand the obsession about the salt and pepper tofu. Way too salty was like drinking ocean water. The cocktails are great.

Lunchtime ramen pop-up is the best I've had outside of NYC or the Bay Area. Get the spicy miso. Spectacular.

The pho is on the pricey side but is loaded with meat (and is closer in town) so that helps make up for the cost. Also, if you like limeade or Mojitos, give the Soda Chanh a try.

Try the short-rib rice dish! Ask for fried egg w/it. Also, if you use the 50% off appetizer check-in special, make sure you check to see if they took it off on the receipt, they usually forget. ;]
