People tend to check in during these times:
Double down on your spinning and ride a bike to or from your SoulCycle class. We have a Citi Bike station one block south at Great Jones Street.

Take Becca's class, she's a firecracker!
It's SoulCycle and it's amazing! Either you drink the kool aid or you don't. This studio had a big make over that included larger dressing rooms and more showers. Bonus!
The candles were a nice touch
The renovation made the studio so much more spacious and the sound system is amazing (read: take the free earplugs at this location).
best soulcycle location in NY-- tons of showers and lockers.
Becca and Tomas are amazing instructors! Great music, energy and intensity!
Workout was good, but the spin shoes I rented smelled horrible and were still a bit wet from the previous person who used it. Avoid renting shoes because they clearly don't clean them after classes.
It's All About Eve, motherchuckers. I'm not 87, so I've never seen the movie, but you should take her class! Also- Charlee & Mantas if you wanna be hot.
Becca is by far the best teacher I've had so far!
yes, I have drunk the koolaid. take a class with Tomas, Rique, Ben or Stevie. you won't regret it.
Rique is a Legend. Parker is a Party. Other SC favorites/solids: Laurie, Lindsay, Madison, Jason, Erin T, Marvin
The cult-like spinning studio’s Noho location offers the same intense workouts fueled by pump-up dance music and a community atmosphere.
Not my favorite studio in terms of locker room and bathroom space (prefer soho and union square) There is lots more space to wait before class than union square though.
Greatest workout of all time! Class is extremely challenging, but extremely rewarding. Music is awesome. Madison and Danny are THE BEST.
Akin's classes are the toughest...but hey, isn't it what makes him the best? ;)
Try class with Rique, Tomas, Akin or Madison. This place is totally a cult and I'm a proud member.
Ridiculously small locker rooms. Classes are great, but I skip this location as much as possible because of the cramped feel.
If you're interested in a preview of what it's like in Hell, take a SoulCycle class. MISERY. Also, the lockers room here are a joke. Super small and crowded. Not worth the price at all.
Aspire to inspire with AKIN
Akin is like if Patrick Bateman was somehow cleared of his crimes and decided he was really, really passionate about soul cycle - so much so that he became an instructor.
Looking forward to "4 Real Fridays at 4" with Nina!
Anthony kills it..and maybe you along with it. Great class
Danny Kopel. Enough said.
Go to Ben T's class. Best music
Parker plays the best music.
String is my main man. 2 up! 2 back! Side to side, side to side :)
Stevie is a beast. Her classes are the highlight of my week.
Stevie does the best arm workout
Errr string's music was weird. Madison is amazing though. My fav instructor so far!
You'll leave inspired and drenched. What's better than that?
Scientology for Athletes
Stevie is the best!
Karyn, Ayana, and String. Thank me later.
STRING ROX! Tiny tiny locker room but so much nicer than the union square studio in terms of waiting space and merch!!
Akin all the way
Amanda is awesomeness. Great energy for an 8:30 AM class on a Sunday morning
Big fan. I you know how to stretch, bail in warm down... You're guaranteed a shower.
Worst locker room ever. Plan on showering at home . Great classes though!
String's Sunday class is great!! Beautiful people, great music and an amazing workout! Perfect way to burn off the weekend calories
I love all the instructors here, but Jenny's classes fill up fast and she is phenomenal. A great class for beginners and pros alike!
No matter the time or day, Stevie's class is everything good about soul cycle! Inspirational, ass kicking, euphoric
You haven't spun til you strung. Instructor String kills it.
Be in shape or you will die.
