    So scenic and adorable. Cute shops. Definitely more of a summer-time spot, but check out the fun winter festivities here also. Makes me feel like I'm in old-time NYC.

    I think they are renovating part of the restaurant area near the deck. Overall very lively with crowd and live band/dance performance.

    Fun area to hang out in very lower Manhattan which otherwise is a fairly square business area. During the you also get to enjoy a number of events, ice skating and a tree with Carolers
