if you are a fan of dallas show and the characters JR Sue Ellen etc. it can be enjoyable for you.
The house part of the tour was the best. Make sure to check out the upstairs and dont miss the murder scene downstairs.

Very nice to visit :) Remember that the inside of the ranch is not the one from the series. Only the outside of the ranch is used. I was able to sneak around in cottage and it made my day :)

Much smaller than it looks on t.v. but still beautiful.
DO NOT stop your car in the middle of Murphy Road to take pictures! Speed limit is 40 MPH and stopped cars have a great chance of getting slammed into.
Come prepared if you celebrate freedom! It's end of June, TX style! But, oh sip work it!

Had a great time...loved the nostalgia. $13.50 was a little pricey, but it's all about the show so worth it.
