People tend to check in during these times:
Drink enough water. Fun as a group. Leave the #kiddies at home
Valet park and be aware there are kids running around unattended.
Huge place. You can spend all day. They have food too
The first spa I have ever gone way back in high school. Different saunas and the hinoki hot tub are the way to go :D
Go weekdays in the morning and you got your money's worth by noon later on its crowded also eat before you go they sell food but it's not the greatest
It was very expensive, I didn't like the food, the pool was crowded
Ambiance is nice, pools always get crowded fast. The people who go are pretty diverse, and unfortunately people bring their kids so it kinda kills the relaxing vibe with their constant splashing.
Needs renovation. Lots of facilities just don't work. Food bar smells & looks like it has been there for years. Overcrowded on weekends
hinoki bath is huge hot tub made from 200 year old pine. good spot to socialize. pediment sculpture is a little creepy, though.
atm in the lobby as you enter
2nd floor pools have numerous bubble jets, water sprayers, and fountains. be alert when starting them up the first time - they can be surprisingly forceful
you're supposed to walk against the flow in this resistance tunnel, not use it as a turbo boost for swimming
view of whitestone bridge from the 3rd floor decks
good view of the pools from the sun deck by the fitness center
baked eggs 3 for $2
starbucks coffee, frozen yogurt, and sushi counter on 1st floor
extensive salad and fruit bar on the 1st floor
chair massages on 1st floor - $20 for 10 minutes (includes tip), or use massage chairs $3 for 10 minutes
kiddie pool is currently closed
bade pool snack bar serves hot dogs, corn dogs, ice cream, corn on the cob, and more
aqua bar (with wade-up seating from bade pool) has beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and top-shelf liquor selection
do not forget
private hydrotherapy baths may be rented on the 2nd floor
lovable octopus overlooks closed kiddie pool
meditation room on 3rd floor features serene glowing cauldron fountain
nap room on the 3rd floor is kept dark and had individual beds separated by privacy curtains if you want to take a break for a snooze
spicy tofu stew served boiling hot
bulgogi at sky garden restaurant comes with seaweed soup, white rice, and kim chi
on entry you are given a wristband that unlocks your assigned locker and is used to track all purchases you make, so no need to carry wallets and keys
Treat yourself to an ice cold beer, served at the bar on the 3rd floor! There are 3 beers on draft, and our favorite is Coney Island brewery's Mermaid Pilsner.
$40 weekdays. $50 weekends. Well worth the price. Try going on a weekday to avoid the crowds + kids.
Great co-ed spa! Pools and saunas are awesome.. have yet to try any of the services but i'm sure they're great 😊
I love spa castle but I hate crowds. Go during the week! It's worth a personal day.
Do NOT waste your time with the shaved ice. Oftentimes the fruit is unripe (kiwis looking at you), and they put chocolate sauce on it...wtheck?
OMG I'm so relaxed
Best time for me is at night during the week not crowded. No kids, love it here
Stay in the locker room baths as long as possible for maximum serenity. The higher the floor here, the more screaming kids.
Get here early before the lunch crowd, very quiet & relaxing ❤️
We came on a Sunday and it didn't get too crowded until around 3pm. The sauna huts were the best part, each one offering a different experience. Food and drinks were overly pricey though.
This place is like a dream. You'll leave feeling light as a feather. Don't play yourself, stay for at the very least 3-6 hours to maximize your experience.
Not what was expected but sure is something different and nice to relax at
Great Korean spa. Go on weekdays when children are less likely to be there. Baths are nude. Guys side can get little cruise-y if you are into that but for the most part it's chill. Food is great!
A little too crowded...maybe because I come on a Friday
A bit small, but good to relax and then jump over to flushing for good food
Best value! You can spend a whole day here with the family.
Nice place. The fries are delicious but never get a pedicure towards the end of the day. They do a sloppy rush job.
Go on a weekday or a Friday afternoon. Not too crowded, and not over run by kids. Had a few saunas to myself which was nice.
new management has a lot of work:40 min. wait for food, no napkins, unresponsive staff, no communication, full parking lot, kids running in and out of saunas unattended...
