I tried the premium sirloin steak and it was grilled to perfection; in addition to the great taste. No need to add any sauce, sides or salt and pepper. Just juicy tasty meat.

The signature sirloin is a lean 16-ounce prime hunk with a salty, lightly charred exterior. Savory beef scaloppine and steak fromage (filet mignon topped with Roquefort) are also outstanding.

A really expensive place, from a european point of view. Always order your meat more cooked than you normally would. Great staff, decent food. Sides are extra.

Prime Sirloin is their specialty. Also- they tend to cook their meats a tad bit less than the requested temperature, so "Medium Rare" is really somewhere between that and "Rare."

Las carnes son terminadas a la brasa, lo cual le da una superficie crujiente y que ayuda a mantener la carne jugosa por dentro. Extensa y variada lista de vinos para resaltar los sabores de las carnes
