Food is delish! Staff members are not friendly (neither are their friends sitting at the bar) Which leads me to believe they want to keep it just for themselves and their friends. Prob won't go back.

All the beer was local, didn't have exactly what I wanted in that department but the Chicken Pie was stellar - highly recommended.
Almost everything I have is amazing. Their pork chop and eggs are my favorite for brunch. Love their fried clams, BLTs. Pretty much everything. My all time favorite!
Standard Tap has the finest Micro-Brew beers I have tasted in Philly. The food is excellent and so is the atmosphere. menus are on chalkboards.

The original Northern Liberties gastropub. Steampunk decor throughout a big old house. Multiple dining rooms. Great for brunch on the upstairs patio. Beer for days. Always an interesting menu.
NEVER get the Round Guy IPA. It tastes like bitter soy sauce.
There isn't standard about this tap list - it's always sure to score some rare beers to cross of your wishlist. Brunch is great too!
worst dining experience EVER! if you have any self respect don't go for the crab cake sandwich, definitely the worst thing I've ever eaten...rude waitress, awful sandwich, and tight seating.
The best dishes are their softshell crab sandwich, duck salad, and the Standard Burger. All of the beers are draft only, and their Bloody Mary's are some of the best in town. [Eater 38 Member]

Awesome French toast (I like my stuff on the side), bacon avocado sandwich, and chicken pie are all awesome! Serving local brew to the local crew. Sweet!
Upstairs all day. I have been here a few times and the vibe downstairs is cold while upstairs and warm and the bartender is much more friendly.
Must try the raw oysters.
