Perfect place to run or cycle
You can't come to Vancouver without seeing Stanley Park. Rent a bike and ride once around the seawall.
Rent a bike from across the street and enjoy the scenery as you go around the park.
Contains food, beach, playground, and countless photo-ops. Rent a bike from Spokes Bike Rentals (W Georgia Street at Denman).

A must visit! Grand scale public park teaming with things to do. Aquarium, horse drawn carriage tour, Totem poles, hiking, biking, rose gardens...you could spend months exploring! It's stunning!

Do the sea wall and take a shortcut by kinglet trail (by the aquarium) when you're short for time.
The north third of the park has no trails from the beach up to the cliffs, so plan accordingly. Also, salmon flat bread at Prospect Point Cafe.

What can I say - one of the world's most beautiful parks

It's about 10 k all the way around and an amazing place to run/walk/roller blade/cycle.

Be sure to see Beaver Lake. It has a million Lotus flowers and a beaver. Lunch at the Tea House. You'll be glad you did.

Beautiful park. Loved the bike ride. Watched the show on the beach (young people's mating season) -- priceless. Took the ferry across to Granville Island too & enjoyed amazing food at the market.
Great all year round! Soak up the sun or taking a therapeutic stroll around the Seawall in the rain. Enjoy!
