    Have you seen the SNL skit with the Verimiso Coffee system? That's like this place! Ordered a hazelnut hot chocolate - I got hot milk with hazelnut - no chocolate. "It's what you ordered!" Um nope!

    Worst Starbucks I have ever experienced. Filthy, disorganized and expensive. I watched them throw away 3 mistakes. Then they ran out of Frappuccino base. No wonder. Its run by HMS.
